Elections 2024
Elections will take place for all Dorset Council wards and for all parish and town councils across the Dorset Council area on Thursday 2 May 2024. This election will be for a five-year term of office 2024-2029.
If you are interested in standing for the Parish Council, nomination packs for candidates are now available from the Electoral Commission. http://www.electoralcommission.org.uk/…/resources…
The deadline for the delivery of nomination papers to Dorset Council is 4.00 pm, 5 April.

Do you have a project that needs funding?
The FMR Trust provides grants to groups and organisations within Broadwindsor, Drimpton and Blackdown for sporting and active recreational projects. Applications will next be considered by Trustees on 8 April, the deadline for applications is 29 March.
