Hursey Common is not only a great place to walk your dog or play football, it’s also a really important place for wildlife. Following a visit last year, Dorset Wildlife Trust has confirmed that the Common is still a Site of Nature Conversation Interest and has produced an updated Species List. Find out more….
There are now a number of vacant allotment plots in Broadwindsor, available to rent from the Council. Charges for the year are £10 per plot and £5 for half a plot, plus a £25 returnable deposit.
