Andrew has lived in Burstock for forty-one years with his family at Burstock Grange Farm, they have been farming here for one hundred and three years. Andrew is married with three young children. Having been involved with Beaminster Young Farmers and Bridport Round Table, Andrew joined the Parish Council at the age of twenty-five as he wanted to have a say on local issues, he has served as a Parish Councillor for fifteen years. Andrew has been an Internet Radio Reporter, comedy sketch writer and appeared on reality tv, Question Time and Secrets Out television programmes. His time is now devoted to his farm, family and making the countryside he farms in a credit to its surroundings. Andrew is very involved with the village cricket club and is a keen supporter of Somerset Cricket Club where he is a Supporters Committee Member.
